Clutter

It is not about having what we want, but wanting what we have.

The Dalai Lama

Clutter can be anything you no longer use, need, or love.

It adds up in paper stacks, old clothes, broken furniture or appliances, collectibles, inherited items, gifts we don't like etc. And clutter can be everywhere! In your home, your office, even your car. Clutter collects too easily. It accumulates little by little until it becomes overwhelming. Clutter affects your energy levels and general well being and can weigh you down both physically and emotionally.

What is cluttering your home is also cluttering your mind.

One of the most important aspects of Clutter Clearing is loving what you have and letting go of the rest. Many of us know we need to do something about all that unresolved stuff, but somehow cannot come to deal with it. Once the weightiness of the clutter is lifted, it will be easier for you sort through your possessions. You will become more aware of which possessions you really love, use and serve you in contrast to the ones that clutter your space and mind.

Clutter produces stuck energy, which has a negative effect on our life.

Our mental, bodily and emotional states are all affected by our home. If we live in a cluttered, stuck environment, we will manifest the same in our mind and body and you will feel stuck in our life. Energy levels, decision-making and our health could all be affected.

Letting go of what no longer serves must occur before more treasures can come into your live. Releasing clutter can help you clear life patterns, which do not serve you any more.

Conversely, when you free yourself from old life patterns which no longer serve you, your life becomes clearer, you may also become aware of more things that you no longer need and these are then a great pleasure to release!
